ATTENTION

Currently, the Housing Authority of Fort Mill is not accepting applications for either the income-based Multifamily Program or Section 8. It is not known, at this time, when these waitlist will re-open.

Housing Authority of Fort Mill

The Housing Authority of Fort Mill's Board of Commissioners meets the first Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December. 

Meetings begin at 5:00pm and a held at the Offices of Affordable Housing located at 105 Bozeman Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29715.

Fort Mill Housing Services Inc.

The Fort Mill Housing Services Inc's Board of Commissioners meets the first Monday of February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Meetings begin at 4:00pm and is held at the Offices of Affordable Housing located at 105 Bozeman Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29715.

The Housing Authority of Fort Mill will be accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Audit Services for the FY Ending 6/30/2026. The Request also covers Fort Mill Housing Services (Non-Profit) with a FY Ending 6/30/2026, Holly Ridge Apartments (HUD 811 Property) with a FY Ending 9/30/2026, and Avery Lake Apartments (LIHTC) with a FY Ending 1/31/2027. The Request for Proposals are due by 5:00pm on June 5, 2026. Please see the Request for Proposals attached HERE for details.
