The Housing Authority of Fort Mill will be accepting Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Audit Services for the FY Ending 6/30/2026. The Request also covers Fort Mill Housing Services (Non-Profit) with a FY Ending 6/30/2026, Holly Ridge Apartments (HUD 811 Property) with a FY Ending 9/30/2026, and Avery Lake Apartments (LIHTC) with a FY Ending 1/31/2027.
