About FMHSI

Fort Mill Housing Services, Inc. is a non-profit designed to help individuals sustain and maintain decent, affordable housing. Fort Mill Housing Services owns 3 single family homes and 4 apartments. Fort Mill Housing Services, Inc. also obtains grants to assist with housing. Management is provided for Avery Lake Apartments and an 811 PRAC apartment complex.
