You must be income qualified to be admitted based on 50% of the Area Median Income for York County, SC based on your family size.An application can be accepted at any time with a processing fee of $25.00 that is due prior to the application being processed.The current rental rates as of June 2020 are $675.00 for a 2 bedroom and $740.00 for a 3 bedroom.
